Advertisements are one (1) power point slide and are displayed in 15- second intervals on two (2) screens in the student center. Only one slide per event is allowed and will run for a two week period (maximum).

The submitting organization is responsible for editing such as: spelling, grammar, fonts, official colors, color schemes, and any branding or identity conflicts before submission. It is your responsibility to make sure that all information is correct and ready for advertisement.

Smith Student Center shall determine the appropriateness of any advertisement provided and reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject the format, form and/or content of my advertisement or to otherwise refuse to play any advertisement.
